The Ponderosa Resort hotel is located on the South side of MacArthur Highway right opposite Fields Ave. About a 10-15 minute walk. Although not advisable at night.

The Pondorosa now under new Australian management. The hotel runs an hourly FREE shuttle jeepney from the hotel all the way up Fields Ave. Good clean and economical Fan and Air Con rooms are available. The swimming pool has a 24 hr poolside bar and restaurant. Cable TV in all rooms. A fridge/mini bar available in the best rooms.

There is also a scuba dive shop in the Lobby and scuba lessons and course are available directly via the hotel.
